The rules of the room: what the service is, what you can expect, what we can expect, and how you leave.

1. Acceptance

In shortUsing IELTS AI means agreeing to these terms. If any part troubles you, write to us before signing up.

By creating an account or using IELTS AI you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide anything; if a clause is unclear, that is our fault — ask us and we will rewrite it. You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account (in practice: be at least the age of digital consent in your country).

2. What the service is

In shortA full-length IELTS practice simulation with criterion-level AI scoring. One complete sitting is free. Paid plans do not exist yet.

The free sitting. Every account includes one complete, unshortened mock test — all four modules, real exam order, full TRF-style report. No card is required.
Paid plans. Pro and Institutes plans are announced as TBA. Until a payment backend exists, we do not charge anyone, and pages will keep saying TBA rather than invent a price. If this changes, these terms will change before any charge does.
The exam it simulates.Modules run in real exam order on server-enforced timing. When a module's time expires it submits itself, as in the real room.

3. Your account

In shortKeep your credentials to yourself, give us accurate details, and know that deleting your account is self-serve and immediate.

You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Give accurate account details — your report history is tied to your account, and support can only help the person the account belongs to.
Deleting your account is automated and self-serve from your Account page: it removes your practice history and reports from our database, deletes your speaking recordings from our storage, and then removes your sign-in credentials. When it finishes, your recordings, reports, and practice history are gone — we hold no copies. You do not need to email anyone to exercise this.

4. Acceptable use

In shortPractice like it is the real room. Don't record people who haven't agreed, don't automate the platform, don't attack it.

Only record audio of yourself, or of people who have agreed to be recorded for your practice.
Do not attempt to bypass, pause, or automate the exam timing; server-enforced timing is how the practice stays honest.
Do not scrape, resell, or republish platform content — questions, passages, reports, or audio.
Do not interfere with the service's operation or other candidates' use of it.

5. AI scoring and no official status

In shortScores are automated estimates against the official descriptors — not official IELTS results, and we are not affiliated with IELTS or its owners.

All scores produced by the platform are criterion-level estimates generated by automated evaluation. They are not official IELTS results. IELTS AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by IELTS, Cambridge Assessment English, the British Council, or IDP. Only those organisations can administer the real test and issue real results.

6. Your content and ours

In shortYour recordings, essays, and reports are yours. The platform's questions, passages, and code are ours.

Yours: the recordings, essays, and answers you create, and the reports generated from them. You can download report PDFs, and deleting your account deletes the rest.
Ours: the platform — question banks, passages, audio, evaluation prompts, branding, and code. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own preparation.
Feedback: if you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything beyond the thanks they deserve.

7. Availability and changes

In shortThe service is offered as-is. We improve it constantly, sometimes in ways that change features.

We work hard to keep the platform available, but we do not sell uptime promises — maintenance, third-party processor outages, and real-world events can interrupt it. Features may change; if a change would delete data you created, the deletion rules in section 3 apply, not this section.

8. Disclaimers and liability

In shortThe service is a practice tool, offered as-is. We are not liable for how your real exam goes — that is what practice is for.

The service is provided "as is" without promises of any kind that the law does not already require us to make. Because scores here are estimates, we cannot promise any particular outcome on the real exam — no score lift, in any amount, is offered or implied anywhere on the platform. To the extent the law allows, our liability connected to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, while paid plans do not exist, means zero, and is one more reason we keep the free sitting honest rather than selling promises.

9. Disputes and contact

In shortWrite to us first. A person reads every message, and most problems are solved by talking.

If something goes wrong, contact contact@svanai.com before anything else and give us a real chance to fix it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us for the service, except where consumer law in your country gives you rights that these terms cannot take away — nothing here limits those.
